the board of directors
The officers serve one (1) year terms and the four (4) Directors serve two (2) year terms. All are elected at the Club's annual meeting in July and serve until their successors are elected. General management of the Club's affairs is entrusted to the Board of Directors. The immediate past president may attend Board meetings without a vote.

president - ed sheppard
The president presides at all meetings of the Club and of the Board, and has the duties and powers normally appurtenant to the office of president in addition to those particularly specified in the club bylaws. The president shall appoint, subject to approval by the Board, a member in good standing to be the Club's representative to the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America, our parent club. Said representative must be a member of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America.

vice-president - cindy savioli
The vice-president has the duties and exercises the powers of the president in case of the president's death, absence or incapacity.

recording secretary - peg forte
Keeps a record of all meetings of the club and of the Board, keeps a roll of the members of the club with their addresses, shall maintain a list of guests with the dates of their attendance, and keeps a record of all other matters of which a record shall be ordered by the club.

corresponding secretary - kathi powers
The corresponding secretary has charge of the correspondence, notifies members of meetings, notifies potential guests of meetings, notifies new members of their election to membership, and carries out such other duties as prescribed in the club's bylaws.

treasurer - joan r. giesler
The treasurer collects and receives all moneys due or belonging to the Club. He/she deposits the same into financial institutions designated by the Board. His/her books are open at all times to inspection by the Board and he/she reports to them at every meeting the condition of the Club's finances and every item of receipt or payment not before reported. At the annual meeting he/she renders an account of all moneys received and expended during the previous fiscal year.
